We are recruiting a Chef De Partie on a full-time, temporary basis, working 38 hours per week including alternate weekends. This will be a temporary position for 9 months. Pay scale from £27,000 DOE.

The role of Chef De Partie involves assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position. This role benefits from sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.

This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast-paced environment. Previous catering, patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.
