HashiCorp is seeking a dynamic Director of Field Marketing for EMEA to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the marketing leader for the EMEA region, you will partner closely with regional sales leadership to develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of field marketing programs including events, workshops, webinars, content syndication, regional campaigns, and other demand generation activities. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a marketing leader passionate about accelerating HashiCorp’s growth in the region through a combination of strategic planning and also rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.
What You’ll Do (responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary field marketing leader for HashiCorp in EMEA, owning the regional marketing plan and results.
- Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing initiatives for both decision makers and practitioners with regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs, including:
- Regional events (in-person and virtual)
- Hands-on workshops and technical enablement sessions
- Webinars and digital events
- Content syndication and localized content programs
- Account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts
What You’ll Need (basic Qualifications)
- 10+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience partnering directly with enterprise sales organizations to drive GTM alignment and measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, regional buying behaviors, and cultural nuances across key countries.
- Strong experience planning and executing a mix of virtual and physical events, ABM programs, and digital marketing tactics.
- Highly data-driven with strong skills in marketing metrics, pipeline reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and other martech solutions is a plus.
- Fluency in English required.
- Willingness to travel within the region (~10-20%) and periodic travel to the United States (~2-3x per year).
