From farms to warehouses, we control the full supply chain; planting, growing, merchandising, and distributing fresh flowers and plants. Our team is internationally respected for product freshness.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant on a Part-Time basis (6:30am - 2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) to support procurement operations in WA, coordinating orders, logistics, reporting, and supplier management. You’ll work alongside the Floral and potted buyer.
What You’ll Do- Support state procurement operations, coordinating orders, suppliers, and logistics
- Raise and manage purchase orders, adjustment notes, and vendor communications
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports
- Liaise with national teams and suppliers to ensure consistent supply of materials
- Track and report on supplier performance and product availability
- Ensure compliance with stocktake and floral buy targets and liaise with the financial analyst and national team on any discrepancies
- Work hand in hand with the product developer on weekly recipes, ranges and any substitution changes
- Availability required during peak periods (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
- Understanding of procurement principles, sourcing, and supplier management
- Experience in FMCG, logistics, or purchasing roles, SAP4hana knowledge preferred
- Strong numerical, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
