- Key duties include
- Verifying data
- Carrying out work allocated by administrators/attorneys including tasks such as billing, sending update reports to clients, status checks and follow-ups by email and/or telephone
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails and saving to cases
- Diary management
- Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices
- Completing official forms
- Written correspondence to clients and overseas attorney firms
- Assisting with the preparation and issuance of standard letters/reports
- Carrying out and maintaining an accurate log of all delegated tasks
- Document preparation, collation and scanning/copying
- Candidates should have
- Clear communication skills with a good command of the English language (including spelling and grammar), and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Careful attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible towards changes and ability to adapt to ensure the smooth and efficient service to the team
- Minimum of 8 GCSEs (or equivalent) of grade C or above including Maths and English.
- A-Levels preferred
- Office experience desirable
- Experience of MS Word and Excel
