  • Key duties include
  • Verifying data
  • Carrying out work allocated by administrators/attorneys including tasks such as billing, sending update reports to clients, status checks and follow-ups by email and/or telephone
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails and saving to cases
  • Diary management
  • Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices
  • Completing official forms
  • Written correspondence to clients and overseas attorney firms
  • Assisting with the preparation and issuance of standard letters/reports
  • Carrying out and maintaining an accurate log of all delegated tasks
  • Document preparation, collation and scanning/copying
  • Candidates should have
  • Clear communication skills with a good command of the English language (including spelling and grammar), and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Careful attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible towards changes and ability to adapt to ensure the smooth and efficient service to the team
  • Minimum of 8 GCSEs (or equivalent) of grade C or above including Maths and English.
  • A-Levels preferred
  • Office experience desirable
  • Experience of MS Word and Excel
