  • Run local execution routines and represent your area in regional planning discussions, bringing clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Work with key stakeholders to put fast, practical mitigation plans in place that protect service and revenue.
  • Manage allocations, stock reservations, stock transfers and other short‑term levers to help the business respond to changing priorities.
  • Manage frozen window change requests with the right level of control, evidence and stakeholder alignment.
  • Escalate key trade‑offs and service risks at the right time so decisions can be made quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor inventory health, excess stock, launches and phase‑out plans, helping to keep the operation efficient and customer‑focused.
  • Support key operational activities such as reworks, displays, cancellations and closeout processes.
  • Be the key link between your market or warehouse area and central supply teams on service, availability and execution topics.
  • Share clear feedback with Demand Planning on service issues, demand changes and inventory risks that may need replanning.
  • Use standard tools and dashboards, support process consistency and help identify improvements in training, systems and ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong planning or supply chain execution experience, ideally in distribution, inventory, customer service or market planning.
  • Good understanding of short‑term planning, service risk management, allocations, reservations, stock transfers and inventory controls.
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of SAP or similar execution systems, Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or a related field is desirable.

Technical Strengths

  • Able to analyze order books, arrivals, availability, supply constraints and customer priorities to recommend practical actions.

  • Able to prepare clear service risk updates and communicate them to operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple execution activities at the same time while maintaining strong data discipline and auditability.

Ways of Working

  • Strong ownership of service and execution results within your assigned area.
  • Proactive, organized, and action‑oriented, with good judgment on what to resolve and what to elevate.
  • Collaborative and service‑focused, with the confidence to challenge requests that do not align with process or supply reality.
