Overview
Hasbro is seeking an Account Manager for our Stockley Park, West London office. The role is a full‑time contract position with a hybrid work model. The Account Manager will drive sales growth and strengthen the Hasbro brand across key accounts in the European toy and entertainment markets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a portfolio of HET/HIT accounts to maximise sales and profitability.
- Implement approved retail sales strategies and support long‑term company objectives in line with regional plans.
- Secure yearly business growth through trade discussions, contract negotiations, and customer planning.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor in‑store implementation, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives.
- Deliver trade show presentations, maintain key marketing plans, and manage JMA budgets.
- Provide sole support for all account matters, day‑to‑day issues, and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Immediate availability with very short notice.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the toy or entertainment industry.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience in monitoring market activities, analysing trends, and developing business plans.
- Budget management skills and understanding of financial targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration capabilities.
