As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you will manage retail merchandising and shelf presentation across all Hasbro product categories in designated stores. Your role includes:
- Stocking shelves
- Aligning displays with planograms
- Fostering strong relationships with retail teams to boost product visibility and sales
This role is part-time, 10-25 hours/week, covering retail stores in Warwick and Coventry, RI.
A day in the life:
- Merchandising Execution: Implement product displays as per plans and standards.
- Stockroom to Sales Floor: Move products from storage to shelves, ensuring proper setup and pricing.
- Monthly Features: Set up monthly product displays to enhance visibility.
- Opportunities & Communication: Engage with store managers to identify sales opportunities.
- Survey & Feedback: Complete store surveys and provide feedback.
- In Store Photos: Take and submit high-quality images of displays.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new merchandisers.
Qualifications:
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours, and occasional weekends.
- At least 18 years old.
- Retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Tech-savvy (tablet, smartphone, MS Office).
- Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone required.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and good driving record.
- Reside within the assigned territory.
Compensation Range (USD): Starting at $16.00/hour Up to $25.00/hour
