The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are recruiting for this position in London, UK.
Role Purpose
The Manager, Digital Distribution and Programming will work closely with the Senior Manager and the YouTube Channel Management team to grow Hasbro’s digital presence, maximising exposure and revenue for our brands globally. The role is insights-driven, turning performance data and audience trends into actionable recommendations that shape channel strategies and guide content planning.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a portfolio of channels, leading efforts to deliver against business goals while ensuring output is platform-first, globally consistent, and audience-focused. You will advance Hasbro’s digital distribution strategy for top-ranked brands across the portfolio – including Peppa Pig, Transformers, My Little Pony, Power Rangers, PJ Masks, Hasbro Gaming, Play-Doh, and Dungeons & Dragons – leveraging an understanding of Hasbro’s business verticals, the competitive landscape, and evolving platform trends. This role suits someone with YouTube channel management experience and a broader digital marketing, streaming, or social media background who enjoys working with data and partnering with analytics teams to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Shape and execute YouTube platform strategies across a portfolio of channels and brands, ensuring recommendations align with broader brand and business priorities.
- Analyze performance data, audience behaviour, and competitive trends to develop actionable insights for short- to mid-term content and channel planning.
- Provide insight-led recommendations in cross-functional discussions to influence planning decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
