Hasbro European Trading BV (\’HET\’) is Hasbro SAβs distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SAβs customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV (\’HIT\’) is Hasbro SA\’s distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd (\’the Company\’) provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Join our team as a Customer Marketing Manager , based in our Stockley Park offices in West London, Uxbridge. With office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, this full-time role offers you the chance to shape the future of our brand presence across the UK and Ireland.
As the driving force behind our customer marketing strategy, you\’ll develop innovative programs for key retailers that not only strengthen our brand at retail but also support revenue growth across the region. You\’ll create differentiated strategies and lead specific regional projects for top retailers, ensuring our marketing efforts stand out.

Main Purpose:
- Responsible for developing customer marketing strategy/programs for key retailers in the UK & Ireland that strengthen brand presence at retail and support revenue growth across the region.
- Create differentiated strategies, including specific regional projects for top retailers.
- As the intersection of marketing and sales, you will create compelling customer-specific campaigns, promotions, and materials that enhance brand visibility, boost sell-through, and support joint business objectives.
- Bring strategies to life across both physical and digital retail touchpoints.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop customer marketing plans that align with brand priorities and commercial objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to identify marketing opportunities within key customer accounts.
- Localize national campaigns for retailer or channel-specific environments.
- Create and execute customer-specific activities, launches, in-store displays, digital assets, and toolkits.
- Work with creative and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Partner with sales teams to support previews/sell-in and sell-through with compelling storytelling and bespoke plans
- Collaborate on joint business planning and secure retailer participation in brand initiatives.
- Monitor in-store and online execution to ensure a consistent shopper experience.
- Use shopper, customer, and channel insights to inform decisions.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, gather post-campaign learnings, and report ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and customer marketing trends to inform strategy.
- Align with brand and sales teams to ensure integrated execution.
- Work closely with data & insight teams to apply data-driven thinking to planning.
- Matrix working, avoiding rigid swim lanes & flexing workload in clusters.
- Manage the approval/delivery of plans and costs within approved budgets & timelines.
- Partner with Licensors to maximize and secure traffic-driving marketing opportunities.
Key skills:
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and modelling the way to deliver the best result for Hasbro.
- Proven customer marketing management experience, ideally from within Toy & Gaming, or FMCG organisations.
- Ability to influence, flex style & leverage support of the wider business/retailer.
- Resilience, flexibility & working at pace β able to cope well with changing directions/juggling, and a thoughtful risk taker.
- High level of detail & accuracy.
- Strong project management.
- Champion continuous improvement & participate in cross-departmental/multi-market projects.
