You will be responsible for:
- The purpose of this role is to provide focus for direct retail channel sales for Wizards of the Coast (Wizards) brands.
- Making recommendations to help develop the Direct strategy and execute Company goals.
- Execute the recommended sales strategy for Wizards in EMEA retail chains.
- Suggest areas of new opportunities and business development in the EMEA market for expansion.
Key roles of the dice:
- Work in close contact with Wizards' direct Retailers across EMEA to provide them with the most recent information on Wizards of the Coast brands, products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with accounts to generate a forecast for the upcoming releases.
- Generate and grow business with direct accounts, ensuring objectives and targets are agreed with every account.
- Build and execute the JMA strategy in collaboration with Retail Marketing with direct retailers across Europe.
- Form effective relationships with key personnel in each account.
- Make recommendations internally for stock production on every Wizard's new release.
- Monitor stock availability and recommend initiatives to address any issues to ensure maximum availability of Wizards' offerings in the channel.
- Partake in yearly discussions of renewal of trade terms.
- Track customers' timely payments and work closely with Hasbro Collection Team to resolve any delays.
Knowledge, abilities, and characteristics of the ideal Wizard:
- Fluent in French and English (this is a must).
- Proven account management experience with retailers or distributors for Gaming/Entertainment or similar products.
- TCG/Gaming experience a plus.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Excellent planning ability.
- Organized self-starter.
- Excellent communicator and great team player.
