Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Based at our Capper Street, London office, this hybrid role (in‑office Tuesday to Thursday, with Flexi Mondays and Fridays) sits within the Global Digital Strategy & Channels team and blends smart regional strategy with hands‑on campaign delivery.
You’ll own the end‑to‑end influencer and creator journey — from vetting and selecting the right talent, to managing high‑impact campaigns and partnering closely with paid media to drive measurable results. This is an individual contributor role for someone who understands how creators influence the entire customer journey — from cultural relevance and brand storytelling through to performance and commerce — and can confidently operate across multiple markets, platforms, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Influencer & Creator Strategy (Full Funnel)
- Lead the development and activation of EMEA influencer and creator strategies aligned to global channel and brand priorities.
- Plan creator activity across the full marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, advocacy, and performance.
- Translate global influencer frameworks into regionally relevant recommendations for EMEA markets.
- Ensure creator work is platform-native, audience-first, and commercially impactful.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery for priority EMEA initiatives, from briefing through execution and reporting.
- Partner with Brand, Media, and Local Market teams to integrate creators into broader marketing plans.
- Support product launches, franchise moments, and always-on creator programs across EMEA.
- Balance creativity with governance, ensuring brand safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Market & Agency Collaboration
- Act as a day-to-day influencer marketing partner for EMEA local markets, offering strategic guidance and practical support.
- Brief, manage, and collaborate with influencer agencies and specialist partners.
- Help markets optimize creator selection, briefing, timelines, and budgets.
- Share learnings and best practices to improve influencer capability across the region.
- Creator Partnerships & Talent Approach
- Support the development of creator partnership models, including repeat and longer-term collaborations.
- Guide creator mix and talent strategy across macro, mid-tier, micro, and community creators.
- Stay closely connected to creator trends, platform shifts, and emerging formats.
- Measurement, Performance & Insights
- Define success metrics for influencer activity across awareness, engagement, and performance objectives.
- Partner with media and analytics teams to evaluate impact and optimize campaigns.
- Use insights and learnings to inform future planning and regional recommendations.
- Contribute to the evolution of Hasbro’s global influencer measurement approach.
- Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience working brand-side and/or at an influencer or creative agency.
- Proven ability to deliver influencer campaigns across multiple funnel stages.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-market initiatives (EMEA experience preferred).
- Background in entertainment, consumer brands, gaming, or IP-led portfolios is a plus.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of creator platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, emerging channels).
- Solid grasp of influencer performance metrics and brand measurement.
- Confident project manager with strong attention to detail.
- Able to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable navigating legal, compliance, and brand safety requirements.
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized. Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
