JOB PURPOSE
Workshop
Workshop Controller and Aftersales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
è Where instructed, use diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified.
è Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and undertake training on how to diagnose and repair faults on them.
è Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.
è Adhere to manufacturer and dealer quality standards.
è Liaise and seek advice from colleagues and supervisors where necessary to meet deadlines and repair and quality standards.
è Complete relevant service documentation (electronic job sheets, PDI’s, service reports) in line with brand standards, warranty and site requirements.
è Complete high quality vehicle health checks and videos in a timely manner.
è Ensure that workshop health & safety and housekeeping standards are always maintained including the use of special and personal tools.
è Continue your professional development through the manufacturer training pathways available including Hybrid and BEV technologies.
