Job Purpose
Lead and drive Used Car performance through management of employees and OEM / site KPI’s. In this role, you will lead the Used Car team, providing guidance and direction on all matters related to used vehicles.
You will motivate the team to adopt a client-first approach, manage stock carefully, ensure compliance, and work to meet and exceed manufacturer requirements and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Review manufacturer communications and ensure appropriate actions are taken with the team.
- Manage the Harwoods sales process journey, keep clients updated, and ensure vehicle ordering is prompt.
- Support the client journey through the used car sales process and aftersales support.
- Assist with admin functions to ensure due diligence.
- Work with the Executive Team to provide training and coaching on used vehicles.
- Manage used car stock, maintain and purchase used cars from approved sources, and ensure PPU and financial performance.
- Keep all used car processes up to date and embedded.
- Ensure used car displays meet brand standards both physically and digitally.
- Support the TM team to drive profitability using P360, Salesforce, Pinnacle, and manufacturer data.
- Address client concerns and support the HoB/GM in maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Manage the team through 1:1s, activity reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Support Admin/SPS roles to enhance sales department performance.
