Purpose of the Role: To diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to the highest standards using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Meet with customers to understand vehicle issues.
- Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology and repair methods.
- Carry out repairs and servicing according to standards and specifications.
- Observe safe working practices at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and seek advice when necessary.
- Check work quality through diagnostic testing and road tests, liaising with Service Advisors.
- Complete all service documentation accurately.
- Perform vehicle health checks and create CitNOW videos or equivalents promptly.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and tool standards.
