Job Purpose

Department/Business/Location: Crawley Audi Service

Reports To: Aftersales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Service check-in and handover process for all visiting customers.
  • Perform Connected Car checks for each customer following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Provide face-to-face contact for all visiting Service customers.
  • Ensure customer interactions meet brand expectations.
  • Attend to all waiting customers and keep waiting facilities clean and tidy.

Accountabilities

  • Support other functions as directed by ASM.
  • Manage check-in processes, including retrieving Job Cards, confirming work required, and updating details.
  • Guide customers through the journey, including VHC process and electronic completion packs.
  • Check and connect Connected Car systems for each customer.
  • Obtain customer signatures and check in on DMS.
  • Coordinate with the control team and concierge for loan cars and customer handovers.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and future bookings.
  • Handle check-out procedures, including confirming details, processing payments, and thanking customers.
  • Discuss CSI surveys with customers and manage collections.
  • Maintain a presentable appearance according to brand standards and adhere to dress code.
  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service and courtesy.

  • Computer literacy.
