JOB PURPOSE
The role of the MOT Tester is to:
- Undertake Class IV MOT tests to government standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking Class IV MOT tests adhering to strict DVSA/Government guidelines.
- Reporting additional faults requiring attention.
- Completing a full write-up of work completed.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed promptly.
- Maintaining tools, whether own or company, in a safe and clean condition.
- Ensuring all requirements of Harwoods health and safety procedures are maintained.
- Maintaining and reporting on all DVSA standards.
Skills & Requirements
Essential
- Hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- Full UK driving licence.
