The role of the MOT Tester is to undertake Class IV MOT tests to the government standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking Class IV MOT tests adhering to strict DVSA/Government guidelines
- To report additional faults requiring attention.
- To complete a full write up of work completed.
- To ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
- To maintain tools whether own or company in a safe and clean condition.
- To ensure that all requirements of Harwoods health and safety procedures are maintained.
- Maintaining and reporting on all DVSA standards
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation
- Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Smart appearance.
