Salary: £42,000 + Bonus £55,000
Hours: Full Time | Monday – Friday | Saturday as required
About the Role
Join Harwoods Group, a top 30 UK automotive dealer, as a Senior MET Technician. You\’ll lead and carry out MET repairs to manufacturer standards, support the team, and ensure top-quality, right-first-time results.
What You’ll Do
* Strip & refit vehicles per job cards
* Carry out diagnostics & component replacements
* Ensure correct parts & repair methods used
* Sign off QC checks & final inspections
* Support & mentor team members
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ MET/bodyshop experience
* NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Strong mechanical & electrical skills
* Eye for detail and high-quality standards
* Confident, team-focused, proactive attitude
