Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales management function.
- Process finance documentation, liaise with customers to obtain required proofs, chase F&I payout, process insurance documentation, keep logs updated, provide cover for the sales admin function.
- Propose finance agreements for customers, obtain signatures and ensure payment is received.
- Process insurance documentation in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by our providers.
- Ensure all monies are physically received in respect of manufacturer support bonuses and reconcile these correctly on the DMS.
- Work with Sales Management and Sales Executives to keep customers updated, chase required proofs and signatures and deliver a clear customer journey to the sales purchasing process with strong communication and regular updates.
- Ensure all queries are handled pro-actively, promptly and accurately.
- Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with the policies, processes and standards of the business.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.
- High levels of integrity.
- Admin experience required, preferably within the motor industry.
