Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Harwoods Renault and Dacia, a family run business. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating communication between the customer and our service department.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their service needs.
  • Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of after sales customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience
  • Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
  • Prepare and present estimates for services, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all financial exchanges.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust.
  • Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous to understand customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
