I'm supporting a leading law firm who is recruiting for a Paralegal to join its busy Property Litigation team, based in the Farnham office. This position is ideal for candidates who already have relevant experience in property litigation and are seeking to further develop their career within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corresponding and liaising via telephone and email with clients, opposing solicitors, litigants in person, court staff, Counsel, and Counsel's clerks
  • Preparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations
  • Drafting court documents for both County Court and High Court proceedings
  • Assisting with fee-earning work, including drafting pleadings, applications, instructions to Counsel, and witness statements
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Managing files and diaries, including arranging team meetings and conference calls

About You

The successful candidates will:

  • Be graduates with prior experience in property litigation (desirable)
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
