I am working with a well established Law firm in Thornbury who is looking for a Secretary/Paralegal for their Commercial Property department. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and well established friendly team. This is a full time office based role.
Role Description
- Secretarial support to fee earners;
- Communicating with clients and other related parties;
- Diary Management;
- File Management - Electronic filing of documents and paper filing;
- Working within an electronic case management system, dealing with searches and post completion matters;
- Time recording.
Previous experience within Commercial Property is preferred although this is not essential as full training will be given. There is also the opportunity to develop the role. Please apply today - competitive salary depending on experience and excellent benefits.
