As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support fee earners across residential conveyancing matters.
Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion * Managing your own caseload under supervision * Drafting legal documents, correspondence and client communications * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors * Monitoring key dates, deadlines and transaction progress * Assisting with exchange, completion and post completion matters You will have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and a proactive approach to developing your legal career.
