We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Paralegal to join our expanding Legal team within a modern, progressive company.

The ideal candidate: The successful candidate will be organised, detail-focused and confident working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and be confident supporting matters through to completion.
A law degree, paralegal qualification or relevant legal experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Your duties: Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from file opening through to completion, including purchases, sales, remortgages, probate sales, transfers and redemptions Handle client enquiries, liaise with all parties and provide clear, proactive updates throughout each transaction Prepare and issue contract packs, property reports and supporting legal documentation Raise, review and respond to enquiries accurately and efficiently Manage the receipt and arrangement of funds in accordance with firm procedures Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and deal with requisitions Prepare SDL...
