I am recruiting for a well established, leading Law firm in Slough who is looking for a secretary or paralegal with experience to support a friendly and fast paced Family & Litigation department. This role offers training and development, excellent benefits and competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare relevant documentation for client cases.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents.
- Draft legal correspondence, petitions, and motions.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.
- Provide support during trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and assisting with courtroom logistics.
- Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and procedures.
