My client is a highly regarded Law Firm, who are proud of the high-quality, personal service they deliver to their clients. They are now looking for a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team, based full time in their Thatcham office.

The Role: Due to growth within the team, they are seeking a Legal Secretary to support their busy Residential Conveyancing department in Thatcham. In this role, you will work closely with our Conveyancers and Solicitors, providing essential administrative and organisational support to ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent service throughout their transaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of files
- Preparing and amending documentation
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Managing correspondence
- Ensuring that case management systems are kept accurate and up to date
You will play a key role in helping transactions run smoothly from instruction through to completion. This position would suit someone with previous legal assistant or administrative experience, ideally within conveyancing, although this is not essential. We would also welcome applications from candidates who are keen to develop a career in law and are looking for a long term opportunity within a supportive team.
