Job Description A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy conveyancing team.
This Residential Property Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property transactions, supporting fee earners across the full conveyancing process.
The Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on experience from file opening through to completion and post completion matters.

The successful Residential Property Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong Residential Property team acting for a wide range of clients.
The team provides a collaborative working environment with structured supervision, ongoing training and exposure to a varied conveyancing caseload.
As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support fee earners across residential conveyancing matters.
The role will include:* Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion* Managing your own caseload under supervision* Drafting legal documents, correspondence and client communications* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors* Monitoring key dates, deadlines and transaction progress* Assisting with exchange, completion and post completion matters You will have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and a proactive approach to developing your legal career.
