Salary: £29,358.00 + 22.5% Shift Allowance

We are recruiting for a Production Technician who is responsible for setting, running, and maintaining automated manufacturing machinery to achieve production targets whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in supporting 24-hour manufacturing operations, ensuring automated machinery runs efficiently and products are manufactured to the highest standards.
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery to achieve production targets
- Set up, run, and maintain production equipment across the Datamate manufacturing area
- Use technical drawings to ensure products are manufactured to the correct specification
- Carry out visual inspection of components to identify faults or defects
- Work to EN9100 quality standards and company procedures
- Support continuous production across automated manufacturing areas
- Receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop specialist knowledge and skills [Production...ate Nights | Word]
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating or working with automated machinery is desirable
- Mechanically minded with strong manual skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards
- Ability to work to production targets and deadlinesAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong team player with excellent timekeeping and reliability
