At Harwin plc, we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our friendly HR team while completing a fully sponsored Level 5 CIPD Apprenticeship. About the Role
As an HR Apprentice, you'll gain experience across all areas of Human Resources, supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR services while working towards your Level 5 CIPD qualification. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build valuable skills in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, HR operations and people projects.

About You
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised and passionate about building a career in HR.
- Eligible to enrol onto a Level 5 CIPD Apprenticeship programme.
- Previous experience in an HR administration or support role.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to studying towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Basic understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll or benefits administration.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.
