The Sales Manager will drive sales growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with distributors, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. This hands-on role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and contributing to the development and promotion of our brands and products. You will be working alongside the MD and a small team to drive sales and realise our potential.

Qualifications:

  • Skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and setting and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Building Relationships, Client Communication, and Customer Service
  • Market Research skills to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong passion for craft beer and the beverage industry is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is required
