Harvey is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our VP, EMEA. The ideal candidate brings a "no task too big, no task too small" mindset, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This role requires someone who can seamlessly partner with the VP and team members across Harvey, while demonstrating exceptional discretion, adaptability, and resilience.
What You'll Do
- Keep things running smoothly by managing a complex calendar, coordinating team syncs, customer and prospect meetings, and company events.
- Act as the go-to connector between your executive and internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring communication is seamless and timely.
- Own preparation efforts: draft agendas, compile materials, track action items, and follow up to maintain momentum.
- Take the lead on travel planning, creating efficient, well-planned itineraries that save time and reduce friction.
- Handle sensitive information with care, exercising sound judgment and a high level of discretion.
- Jump in on ad hoc projects, bringing structure, driving progress, and getting things done.
- Support presentation and deck preparation as needed, from formatting to content coordination, ensuring executives are set up for success.
- Pitch in on general office and administrative support for the London office and across Harvey's EMEA hubs; no task is too small when it helps the team thrive.
What You Have
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Director- or VP-level leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, solve problems, and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft high-quality, executive-level messaging.
- Professionalism and executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and effectively engage senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach, focused on building strong relationships across Harvey.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
This is an in-office role based in London, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week, and additional days as needed based on business priorities.
