Build relationships with key EMEA media contacts and monitor regional coverage to identify opportunities for Harvey to have a voice.
- Brand Visibility & Events: Coordinate Harvey's participation in key EMEA industry events and speaking engagements, providing messaging, decks, and prep support with Marketing and Brand. Develop messaging kits for launches, campaigns, and milestone moments with regional relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to source stories and insights that highlight our EMEA impact. Collaborate with external agencies and partners on co-marketing announcements and help cascade external narratives internally.
What You Have
- Experience & Background: 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or content, with agency experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to create clean, compelling content across formats and audiences, with sensitivity to regional nuance. Familiarity with coordinating media relations, tracking coverage, and managing editorial calendars across multiple markets. Experience supporting external-facing initiatives such as launches, campaigns, or events. Exposure to high-growth or startup environments is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial instinct. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment. A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and media monitoring tools. Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
