Harvey is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to ensure our compensation philosophy and practices extend to markets beyond the US, initially focused on EMEA and APAC. This will be our first international role, sitting within the EMEA region, and an opportunity to shape how Harvey approaches compensation as we scale globally.
You'll partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and the broader Compensation team to keep programs competitive, thoughtful, and scalable across markets.
