Harvey is seeking a Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst to join the Total Rewards team, supporting benefits and leave programs across a rapidly scaling, global workforce.
You’ll work closely with People Operations, Payroll, and external brokers to ensure accurate guidance and timely enrollment.
You’ll manage day-to-day Tier 1 inquiries, support benefits programs across EMEA/APAC, coordinate leave processes, and partner with vendors to maintain smooth operations.
