Harvey is seeking a highly experienced solicitor to lead its EMEA Commercial legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will support fast, efficient execution of customer agreements while liaising with product, privacy and competition teams.
You will manage and grow a regional legal function across the UK and EU, drafting and negotiating complex Commercial AI SaaS contracts and guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
