Harvey seeks a Director of Global Benefits to own our benefits and leave strategy end to end, building on Foundations we have as we scale. You’ll lead the global benefits team, drive annual renewals, open enrollment, and new-country launches, and partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Recruiting.
You’ll shape philosophy, design, and communication to ensure global consistency with local relevance, while leveraging AI to enhance the employee experience in multiple markets.
