In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our experienced Business Applications Developer, who drives the design and strategic direction of the platform. You will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, driving enhancements, and ensuring our ecosystem remains reliable and scalable. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administration, configuration, and upkeep of the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and sustain automation through Salesforce Flows and standard tools; any Apex experience considered a plus but not mandatory.
- Support seamless integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as Zapier, Shopify, and various payment providers.
- Support data management activities including imports, cleansing, and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Design and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that enhance business visibility and decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for user inquiries, delivering reliable system support.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce lead to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and boost system performance.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience.
