We are on the hunt for a skilled Ecommerce Manager who is ready to elevate our online revenue by strategically managing our digital sales channels. Your role will encompass website optimisation, conversion enhancement, online merchandising management, customer experience improvement, and leading all digital trading activities. You will work closely with the Acquisition team and the CRM Manager, while also collaborating with IT, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to create a smooth and commercially driven online journey.

E-commerce Trading & Performance Strategy

  • Own daily, weekly and monthly online trading performance, including revenue, conversion, AOV and traffic KPIs.
  • Develop trading plans to achieve financial targets and lead targets.
  • Lead online promotional planning, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor performance analytics and make data-led decisions to improve results.

Website Management

  • Oversee onsite content, product listings, categorisation, navigation, and search optimisation.
  • Partner with design teams to continuously improve user experience and checkout journey.
  • Manage the product lifecycle online, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, pricing and stock availability.
  • Brief and manage any required updates through internal teams or external agencies.
  • Manage the Conversion rate optimisation testing plan to improve consumer usability.

Digital Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with our SEO agency to ensure recommendations are applied to our website to drive visibility.
  • Support the development of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns and landing pages are aligned and optimised for conversion.

Customer Experience

  • Champion customer insight and feedback, using data to optimise the end-to-end online experience.
  • Work with Customer Service to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Share learnings, results, and opportunities to improve performance across the organization.

Technology & Improvement

  • Support the roadmap for e-commerce platform enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, accessibility, and online retail standards.
