We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused FP&A Manager to join Culligan Harvey to play a central role in shaping our financial future. In this high-impact position, you will lead our budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver sharp commercial insights, and partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions across the business. You will guide and develop our FP&A team, optimise our reporting and modelling capabilities and help drive smarter systems and processes as we continue to grow. Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting & forecasting, delivering accurate plans, variance analysis and clear insight into trends.
  • Drive commercial performance through high-quality financial modelling and decision support.
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence strategy, challenge assumptions and support growth initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring strong reporting, capability building and a positive team culture.
  • Support M&A activity including ROI modelling, NPV assessment and post-investment reviews.
  • Enhance systems & processes by improving BI tools, reporting frameworks and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA).
  • 5+ years’ FP&A management experience with strong commercial and analytical capability.
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills with the ability to extract insight from complex data.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder skills with a collaborative, business-partnering mindset.
  • Commercially driven and ideally experienced in a manufacturing or similar environment.
