Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team. Everyone at Culligan Harvey’s is responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience and living the company’s values: dare to care, do the right thing, keep it simple, yes I can and make it fun.
You will be supporting the business by attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises, performing field based assessments and conveying any technical concerns back to the service manager.
As the Service Engineer, you will provide the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners. We have an intensive training programme in our own academy where you will be trained up by our experts to give you all the knowledge you need. If you are hardworking, love working with people and want to deliver outstanding customer service, we would love you to join our team. Qualifications
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating
- Have previous plumbing knowledge and experience of replacing white goods
- Self‑motivated, with strong attention to detail and a technically minded approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, able to work both solo or as part of a team
