Junior AR Associate

About Us:

We’re looking for a Junior AR Associate to join our Finance Team in Old Woking, where you’ll work with customers to manage collections, resolve account queries, and support our Transactional Finance Manager as part of a busy, growing department. No experience is required, but we are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. What this role involves:

• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Maintaining accurate financial and customer records
• Case handling and following up tasks
• Postings and allocating daily cash receipts
• Providing account information to internal departments
• Raising credit notes
• Manage and maintain direct debits
• Enforce on stop and legal where required
• Any other related tasks

• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently & as a part of a team
• Strong organisational & telephone communication skills
• Ability to negotiate & persuade effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• 1 day home working a week after 3 months.
