Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and self-motivated individual to join our Warehouse team in Woking.

As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Picking, packing, and shipping filter orders efficiently.
2. Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift.
3. Handling trade and dealer orders and loading them onto vehicles.
4. Replenishing stock and maintaining stock control.
5. Collaborating with the inventory controller and team leader to implement process improvements.
6. Performing general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance.
7. Adhering to Health & Safety standards and reporting near misses.
8. Completing stock takes, potentially once per quarter.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
2. Experience with stock control systems.
3. Forklift experience.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative.
7. Good time management skills.
