As a Store Colleague at H&T, you'll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
