The Role
Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll support clients on a wide range of executive remuneration projects, including:
- Executive remuneration strategy and incentive plan design
- Executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking
- Annual bonus and long-term incentive arrangements
- Directors' Remuneration Reports
- Corporate governance and remuneration regulations
- Shareholder and institutional investor expectations
- Market analysis and remuneration research
- Preparing client reports, presentations and committee papers
As your experience grows, you'll take on increasing responsibility, develop client relationships and become a trusted adviser to Remuneration Committees, HR leaders and senior executives.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who are currently working as a Junior Analyst and can demonstrate:
- Around 6 months to 2 years' experience in executive remuneration, corporate governance, investor services or a similar analytical environment
- A First or 2:1 degree in Economics, Politics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Law or a related discipline
- Experience analysing executive remuneration, governance or financial information
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- A commercial mindset and an interest in advising clients
- The ambition to move into a consulting career where you can develop trusted client relationships
- Experience producing governance or remuneration reports for institutional investors, listed companies or advisory clients would be particularly advantageous.
