They are seeking talented and driven individuals and in particular, a Senior Manager to join their team responsible for advising UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients on Reward matters and ideally experienced in advising Remuneration Committees and management. You may be currently working as an external FS Reward Consultant or working in house within the financial services industry.Candidates need to enjoy being involved with the business development side, including client proposals, presentations and writing material on technical and other matters.
