Job Description Our client, a global Consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Reward Director for their Broad-Based reward practice working with a team of highly experienced consultants partnering with organisations to review, develop and articulate reward strategies. In an increasingly dynamic world, it is imperative that organisations have the right reward strategies in place to empower the workforce, promote employee engagement, and help an organisation thrive. It can mean the difference between competing effectively in the global talent marketplace or being left behind. As Senior Reward Director, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large client engagements and serving as a strategic advisor to blue-chip clients across various sectors. Requirements for the role: Experienced leader of Reward practice, ideally a mix of consulting experience with professional services and in-house. Significant knowledge and understanding of Broad-Based Reward programmes and processes. Experience in winning, developing, and maintaining client relationships. Proven experience in compensation, incentive design implementation and communication, salary structures, job evaluation, job architecture, analysis of complex pay issues, and performance management programmes. Proven experience of successfully managing multiple, multi-faceted projects and producing quality deliverables while keeping within company budgets. Strong client relationship management skills.
