- What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of an established portfolio of clients and candidates built over more than three decades.
- Building long-term relationships with clients across professional services, legal and industry.
- Proactively identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through headhunting and networking.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to successful placement.
- Delivering an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates.
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping grow Harvey Sutton's presence within our specialist markets.
- Playing a key role in the future direction and success of the business.
About You
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building lasting relationships rather than simply filling vacancies.
You'll ideally have
- A minimum of
5 years' recruitment experience .
- Experience recruiting within tax, legal, accountancy, professional services or financial services would be highly advantageous.
- A consultative approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development and candidate management experience.
- The confidence to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
- A genuine interest in becoming part of a long-established specialist consultancy.
