This leading consulting firm, experts in the field of reward advisory, are seeking an experienced individual for their Workforce team to advise these organisations with their Reward offering.

Whichever it is, as our client is offering unparallel career opportunities to develop your career, working with a diverse range of clients advising on a variety of projects, including remuneration benchmarking, reward strategies, incentive design including LTIPs and STIPs, job architecture and performance management.

Required Skillset:

  • Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice
  • Understanding of Executive Compensation remuneration matters
  • Able to project manage a team including coaching and develop junior members of the team
  • Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to navigate and manage conflicting demands
  • Strong analytical skills, (Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Ideally educated to degree level

This role can be based in either London or Manchester and offers hybrid/flexible working.
