Working with an impressive client portfolio, ranging from FTSE 100 companies and multinational organisations to high-growth businesses and start-ups, you'll advise on innovative employee incentive arrangements that help organisations attract, motivate and retain their employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in a growing area of law while working alongside recognised experts in the field.
- Advising on the design and implementation of employee share plans and equity incentive arrangements
- Drafting share plan rules, agreements and supporting documentation
- Advising on the tax, corporate and governance aspects of incentive arrangements
- Working closely with Corporate, Employment and Tax teams on multidisciplinary projects
You'll be a qualified solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE and experience in employee incentives, share schemes, corporate law, tax or executive remuneration (those about to qualify who have completed a seat in Incentives will also be considered). You should be organised and able to manage multiple projects, looking to build a long-term career within a highly respected specialist practice.
